Terms
DELIVERY TERMS:
The shipment of goods will be dispatched to the selected delivery (invoice) address.
The costs of shipment for our selected delivery method will be added. The buyer will pay additional importing charges (e.g. taxes and customs duties).
Normally we ship with five working days. The delivery time can be prolonged for special reasons. The buyer will gain the ownership of goods after the complete payment.
Title to and ownership of the goods (held by Sabine P. Moser, Wattens, Austria) will not pass to the Purchaser until the complete invoice has been paid.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Payments can be made by Cash In Advance or by Paypal method. Cash in advance deliveries will be sent after we have received the complete payment.
WARRANTY AND LIABILITY:
All goods sold by our company can be returned within 30 days - if the goods are unused - and we will refund the costs of goods. The return shipment has to be sent - free of charges - to our shipment address. The buyer will pay shipment costs for the returns.
PLACE OF JURISDICTION and APPLICABLE LAW:
Any supplementary agreement requires the written form. The place of jurisdiction shall be Innsbruck, Austria. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria.
